Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Groton, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the construction of a 395-unit multi-residential development.
New Development to be constructed on a 17-acre parcel. The project consists of five 5-story wood framed buildings, 79 units each, totaling 395 Class A apartments along with a two-level clubhouse and amenity areas. In addition to the building structures, new supporting site work consisting of roadways, parking lots, underground utilities and new traffic signal will be added. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. *This project is being bid by invitation only. If you have been contacted by the owner to bid on this project as a general contractor, and would like to be listed below, please notify our editorial staff at contentcase@constructconnect.com. Revised architectural and civil drawings have been issued. RFI Responses have been issued as well. Attached, please find drawing sets for the clubhouse that were not included during the bid RFI responses. These drawings answer the questions about the club house in the BID RFIS. Job # 25-0039
