SCOPE OF WORK The purpose of this request for proposal is to invite prospective vendors to submit a proposal to supply Emmet County with the removal and replacement of the existing walk-in cooler and freezer in the main kitchen area at Bay Bluffs senior medical facility. The Vendor shall provide the following related to this particular RFP: A. Remove and replace the existing walk-in cooler and freezer. Provide new modular remote Kolpak units with overall dimensions of 7-9 x 10-7 x 7-6 1/3 each. Construction shall include 4 Class 1 foamed-in-place urethane floors, ceilings, and walls. Walls and ceilings shall be embossed galvalume, and floors shall be smooth aluminum with a diamond-tread overlay. Include a 115V light fixture in each unit. B. Doors: Provide one door per unit, sized 34 x 78, right-hand swing-out. Doors shall be recessed 0 with 0 leveling sand and 0 tile and grout. Construction shall be 26-gauge embossed galvalume with a 36 high diamond-tread kickplate. Include the following: o Door closer o Heater wire o Digital thermometer o Interior ramp C. Include all freight charges associated with equipment delivery. D. Suggested contractor for removal and installation: Grand Traverse Refrigeration. E.
