Description

Site work, paving and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Hazard, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.

There will be one contract for the work, Contract A. The work will be bid as a lump sum for all work. Two deductive alternates will be included in the bid form. The project will include various improvements including new water, sanitary sewer and power, paved and concrete areas, Office/Store building, Shelter, Bathhouse, on-site septic system, various electrical and HVAC work, fencing, multiple Keystone walls, entry gate, dumpster enclosure, dump station, ATV wash area, existing bridge work and various other items of work. Question Deadline 01/28/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
