The work consists of the purchase of a Huber Pumping Station Screen ROTAMAT RoK4 or approved equal Influent Wastewater Screen for the Scioto County Sanitary Department. The equipment must have a Peak Waste Water Design Flow of 0.20 MGD, a Maximum Clear Water Flow Capacity of 1.04 MGD, and be made of 304 Stainless Steel. The purchase must include all control panels and start-up services. Bidders must submit a closed sealed bid, which includes a certified check, cashier's check, or money order not to exceed five percent of the bid as a bid guarantee. Bids should be clearly identified and include the full name and address of the bidder. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best most responsive bidder. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
