The project is a new 106,477 square foot, 2-story tilt wall building and all related site work located in Cedar Creek, TX. The floor plan consists of primarily insulated tilt wall exterior construction with some metal stud framing. Exterior finish consists of thin brick, metal wall panels, and brick/stone veneer. Site work includes asphalt and concrete paving, flatwork, detention ponds, landscaping and irrigation. Proposals must be emailed, delivered, or faxed on or before the specified deadline.
