Site work for a water / sewer project in Creswell, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work includes approximately 5,000 feet of 12-inch waterline, 17 reconnections to existing waterlines, 70 water services, and six fire hydrants. It also includes modifications to the Creswell Butte Reservoirs site piping and a new valve vault. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project name, showing the date and time of the public bid closing, as well as the bidder's name, and delivered to the specified location by or before the bid closing time. By no later than two working hours after the bid closing, each bidder must deliver the "First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form" to the same address. This form must be submitted regardless of the bid total, and failure to do so will result in the bid being considered non-responsive. The Disclosure Form can be submitted in the same envelope as the bid or in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked with the project name, date, time, and bidder's name. Question Deadline 02/19/2026 at 2:00 PM PT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of bids will not be answered.
