The Pleasant Hill School District ("the Owner") Requests Proposals from experienced Construction Manager/General Contractors (CM/GC) for the construction of the Pleasant Hill High School Gymnasium Seismic Rehabilitation Project. Project Scope of Work: The project consists of seismic strengthening in the Pleasant Hill High School Gymnasium at 84455 N Enterprise Road, Pleasant Hill, OR 97455. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Proposal that is not in compliance with all prescribed requirements. For good cause, the Owner may reject any or all Proposals upon a written finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
