While bid totals and apparent low bidders will be available, formal written bid tabulations will not be finalized until after 4:00 p.m. (the submittal deadline for the "First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form"). The disclosure form shall either be submitted in the same envelope as the bid, or shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked "Disclosure Form for Creswell Butte Reservoir Seismic Upgrades", showing the date and time of the disclosure submittal deadline, as well as the Bidders name. The work includes the following: Seismic upgrades for two (2) existing 500,000 gallon water storage tanks including concrete footing improvements, anchors bolts, and flexible pipe connections. This contract is for a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (state prevailing wages) as applicable, and subject to all applicable BOLI regulations and requirements.
