Briefly, the work consists of all rough and finish carpentry, interior finishes, painting, design-build plumbing and design-build electrical work for construction of the following project located on the Creslane Elementary School campus in Creswell, Oregon: Bid Package 2: Creslane Elementary School Seismic Retrofit Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Form, and clearly marked with the project name "Bid Package 2: Creslane Elementary School Seismic Retrofit" as well as the name and number of the individual bid package(s) for which the bid is submitted.
