Description

Site work for a transportation facility in Richland, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility; transportation facility; and transportation facility.

The Port of Benton is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested firms for Engineering Consulting Services at the Richland and Prosser Airports. Services anticipated include, but are not limited to: professional engineering, design and construction observation, environmental assessments, surveying, testing, federal, state and local grant preparation and administration assistance. The selected consultant will provide these services for various projects, which may include land acquisition assistance, helicopter pad, runway, taxiway and apron design, construction and/or rehabilitation, airfield lighting and navigational aid installations, and miscellaneous airport consulting. The contract will be for an initial three-year period with potential extensions. Projects may receive funding from the FAA, Washington State Department of Transportation, other state or local funding, and the Port of Benton. Selection will follow FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E requirements. Interested firms are instructed to submit one original, five copies, and one electronic copy of their proposal on a USB thumb drive. Email submittals will not be accepted.
