For Power Generation CMMS Replacement in Springfield, MO. City Utilities of Springfield MO (CU) Power Generation is requesting a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) capable of handling asset management and workflow for approximately 120 employees, 2 coal-fired units, and 9 simple cycle gas turbines. This RFP includes the software licenses, implementation, data migration from Mainsaver M20, on-site training, warranty, and ongoing support past implementation. CU currently utilizes an on-premise, inhouse program for supply chain management, Workday for employee time tracking, TK Pro for lock out tag outs, and PeopleSoft 9.2 for financials, Docuware for document locations. Collaboration on Asset Hierarchy Tree Tagging and labeling with suggestions using IEEE standards. CMMS solution should be able to link with these systems. Many non-cost factors will be evaluated for consideration, including but not limited to ease of mobile work solutions, “drag and drop” weekly scheduling, Scope of Work from the bidder, Al Copliot capabilities both for library lookup as well as learning for estimation of repetitive maintenance tasks, and real-time data syncing. Provide screenshots of sections per the evaluation questions below. With an option to include as an alternative: The installation and commissioning support of triaxial vibration monitoring on 32 bearings located within a 350-foot radius, with approximately half of the bearings situated on a different elevation level. The system shall utilize triaxial vibration probes to collect condition-monitoring data and operate on a dedicated, segregated network independent of existing plant networks. Equipment run hours will be determined either through analysis of vibration activity or via integration with an external system using an API to retrieve run-hour data. The solution shall be scalable, allowing for future expansion to support additional vibration sensors located beyond the initial 300-foot area and across other areas of the facility.
