Renovation of a multi-residential development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Regina Housing Authority (the "Owner"), seeks Bids to perform work to replace the existing hotwater boilers and related equipment at 16-24 Sangster Blvd in Regina,Saskatchewan for a Stipulated Price. Bids must be accompanied by a security deposit consisting of a properly executed Bid Bond in form CCDC 220 (2024) (or other form approved by the Consultant) for 10% of the base Bid Price stated on the Bid Form. Bid Bonds must be issued by a bonding company licensed in the province of Saskatchewan to conduct the business of a surety. Bids must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety, licensed to conduct business in the province of Saskatchewan as a surety, to provide a Performance Bond in form CCDC 21 (2024) and Labour and Material Payment Bond in form CCDC 222 (2024), each in an amount of 50% of the base Bid Price stated in the Bid Form.
