The project is expected to be awarded on February 13th.** Wyoming Classical Academy is requesting proposals for Construction Manager / General Contractor and Architect to support a major facilities expansion at its Mills, Wyoming campus. The project involves adding approximately 20,000 square feet to the existing school building as the academy expands to serve grades K-12. The contract for the General Manager/General Contractor will be for up to two years. The CMGC will oversee all phases of the project, including cost estimating, design collaboration, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction closeout.
