Addition to a mixed-use development in Mills, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the addition of a 20,000-square-foot educational facility.
**As of February 06, 2026 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on February 13th.** Wyoming Classical Academy is requesting proposals for Construction Manager / General Contractor and Architect to support a major facilities expansion at its Mills, Wyoming campus. The project involves adding approximately 20,000 square feet to the existing school building as the academy expands to serve grades K-12. The contract for the General Manager/General Contractor will be for up to two years. The CMGC will oversee all phases of the project, including cost estimating, design collaboration, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction closeout. Offerors' submissions should address the following key elements: - Relevant Experience - Preconstruction Services - General Conditions and Fee - Construction Cost Estimate - Supply Chain Challenges - Project Schedule.
