Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Windham, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The town of Windham seeks a qualified and insured painting company with experience in historic structures to prep and paint the 1802 Windham Meeting House, including windows, the belfry and steeple. The work is to be completed in the 2026 building season. Because the building contains lead paint, contractors need to be E.P.A. certified for lead paint projects. A certificate of insurance is also required when submitting the bid.
