Alternate Number 1 work includes the same scope as Base Bid for Annex Roof Area C for approximately 17 squares. Alternate Number 2 work includes the complete removal down to the deck and replacement of Fuel Farm Roof Area for approximately 19 squares using a granular surfaced two-ply modified bitumen roof system.
