The City is looking to partner with a qualified Contractor to perform the scope of work, which involves the reconstruction of Wilfred Avenue from Highway 8 to Prospect Avenue. This work extends an approximate distance of 250m. The work includes the replacement of existing sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water supply system, roadway, curb and gutter, sidewalks and municipal service connections to the street property line as well as LID infrastructure. Additionally, the replacement of watermain and water services along Prospect Avenue from Wilfred Avenue to Euler Avenue, spanning a distance of 270m. Question Deadline 01/26/2026 at 12:00 PM ET
