The work requires furnishing all labor, permits, materials, machinery, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform all construction in accordance with the project manual, project drawings, and issued addenda. The scope includes compliance with estimated quantities as a basis for bid evaluation, but payment will be based on actual quantities performed.
