Project Description: Chipley - Replace glass/vinyl seals on existing windows on our two story Administration Building. The Florida Department of Transportation, hereinafter called the Department, requires the services of a Contractor to replace the existing windows on our Chipley Administration Building located at 1074 HWY 90, Chipley, Florida 32428 The deadline to submit questions is close of business Friday, February 6, 2026. Onsite visits can be coordinated through the Department Project Manager Eric Pettis at 850-330-1316. Prequalification: Each bidder shall submit a current license issued by the State of Florida required to do the work and, if a Florida Corporation, a copy of the Corporate Charter as prequalification of their eligibility with the bid document to the Department of Transportation, Contracts Administration Office: Florida Department of Transportation, Administration Building, Procurement Department 1074 HWY 90 Chipley Florida 32428. The bid will be rejected if a copy of the Contractor's License is not included either with the bid or provided to the Owner prior to the Letting. After the bid opening, the lowest responsive bidder shall qualify in accordance with this contract document.
