Site work for a civil project in Leesburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of a 4-hydrocyclone skid, submersible feed pump and associated valves, piping and appurtenances at the existing RAS-WAS pump station and associated demolition work. Work also includes the installation of an adjustable frequency drive for the submersible feed pump, electrical duct bank and modifications to the existing PLC ACP-17B at the existing Blower building, including integration of new controls to the plant SCADA system, and all incidentals related thereto. All questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing via email to BidQuestions@leesburgva.gov until but no later than 2:00 P.M. (local time) on Tuesday, 02/17/2026 at 2:00 PM ET. The Questions Due date/time of the IFB is revised to: February 19, 2026 at 2:00 pm (local time). The Town reserves the right to perform all, part, or none of the work.
