Bids are requested for reinforced concrete pipe and boxes. Sealed bids must be submitted on forms prepared by the Tulsa County Procurement Department, on behalf of the Tulsa County Highway Districts. Bids may be delivered in person and must be received by the County Clerk at the specified address by 4:00 PM CST on the indicated date. Vendors delivering bids in person must wait until a County Clerk’s Office employee receives and time stamps their submission. All timely received bids will be publicly opened and vendor names read aloud at the scheduled Board of County Commissioners meeting. Bid pricing will not be read aloud but will be published in a tabulation on the Tulsa County Vendor Portal. Bidders must refer to the Solicitation Checklist included for required documents, ensure all blank fields are completed, and all forms are signed and notarized as required. Bid documents are available for download on the Tulsa County Vendor Portal after free registration or can be obtained from the Tulsa County Procurement Department. Any questions regarding the bid must be emailed to the Tulsa County Procurement Department by the specified deadline, including the solicitation name in the subject or body. Copies of all questions and approved responses will be posted as a formal addendum on the Tulsa County Vendor Portal. The Tulsa County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any bid. All bids receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, or handicap status.
