Briefly stated, the District is seeking CMAR services in connection with the construction of an addition and renovation to the existing Headquarters Fire Station located at 205 Lincoln Street, Marseilles, Illinois (the "Project"). The addition will be a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) that consists of 7,200 square feet and will include 3 apparatus bays, a turnout gear locker room, EMS supply room, gear laundry, a shower off the bay, sleeping and living quarters, fitness room, and traditional support spaces associated with fire stations. The proposed start date for construction is Summer 2026. The initial budget to complete construction for the Project is approximately $5,000,000. The Marseilles Fire Protection District (the "District") is seeking qualified persons or entities to provide comprehensive construction management at risk services in connection with the construction of an addition to and renovation of the District's existing fire station The District's Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive or not to waive any informalities therein and to negotiate contract terms with a selected person or entity Notification of interest and questions related to this RFQ should be submitted in writing via email to the Project's Architect, Jamie Zaura, jamiez@845designgroup.com no later than January 23, 2026.
