The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in the specifications including, but not necessarily limited to: full depth reconstruction and milling and resurfacing of the roadway, sidewalk reconstruction, curb installation, traffic signal improvements, drainage improvements, guiderail, lighting, and other utility improvements along Milton Avenue between the Camillus Town Line and Cogswell Avenue. The project includes a base bid from west of Darrow Avenue to Cogswell Avenue and an additive bid from the Camillus Town Line to west of Darrow Avenue. All bids must include the completed Bid Form, Non-Collusive Bidding and Disbarment Certifications, Lobbying Certifications, and the Bidder's List (CONR 80LL) with information about all quotes received from Subcontractors prior to letting. Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids are to be received in a sealed envelope clearly labeled for the Milton Avenue Paving Project. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for an amount not less than 100% of the accepted bid and comply with applicable Federal and State requirements. The project includes a base bid from west of Darrow Avenue (Sta. 25+50) to Cogswell Avenue (Sta. 49+50) and an additive bid from the Camillus Town Line (Sta. 11+00) to meet the limits of the base bid west of Darrow Avenue (Sta. 25+50).
