The project involves the 2026 Utility and Street Reconstruction for the Village of Little Chute. The Arthur Street project area covers approximately 450 linear feet from the Arthur Street dead end to McKinley Avenue. The Miami Circle project area covers approximately 1,600 linear feet from Vandenbroek Road to Florida Avenue. The contract includes approximately 2,050 lineal feet of 8"-10" PVC sanitary sewer main, 220 linear feet of 8" Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP), and 106 vertical feet of 4-foot diameter standard precast concrete manholes. The work also involves approximately 2,025 lineal feet of PVC water main, miscellaneous fire hydrants, fittings, and valves. The storm sewer work includes approximately 800 lineal feet of 8" PVC pipe, 2,075 lineal feet of 15" - 24"x38" Class III RCP pipe, 150 vertical feet of storm manholes ranging from 4-foot round to 8-foot square, and inlets. The contract also requires erosion control practices, traffic control, construction staking, saw cutting, and landscape restoration. All bids must follow the bidding instructions and include all required attachments on QuestCDN.com. Bids must be sealed, with the bidder's name, address, and the contract name on the envelope. Bids must be submitted using the Bid Forms included in the Contract Documents. A Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than 5% of the maximum bid is required as a guarantee. The owner may reject any and all bids, waive informalities, or accept the bid in the best interest of the Village. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days of the opening without the owner's consent. Each bidder must download the bidding documents via QuestCDN and pay a non-refundable fee. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the ENGINEER in writing. Questions received less than 5-days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered.
