Site work for an educational facility in Arcade, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Sealed proposals are requested for Capital Project Phase 1 Site and Electrical Reconstruction Work at Arcade Elementary School, Pioneer Central School District. The work is divided into two contracts: Contract #100 for Site Work and Contract #105 for Electrical Work. All work must be in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by the designated architects. Bidders are required to submit proposals as specified by the Architect, accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond not less than 10% of the Base Bid, guaranteeing contract entry and performance security if awarded. All proposals must meet New York State Labor Department prevailing wage rates. Plans and specifications are available for a refundable deposit to bidders and a non-refundable fee for electronic copies. The Board of Education reserves rights regarding bid acceptance and contract awards. There is a scheduled Pre-Bid Conference and Contractor walk-thru at the site. Bidders should refer to the Information for Bidders section for further details on proposal preparation and requirements.
