Phase 1 (Conveyance Group 2) includes: new sanitary trunk sewer along County Road 22 between Maidstone PS08 and County Rd 2 at the Puce Roundabout; upgrades to Maidstone PS04 and Maidstone PS08; pumping station upgrades or a new pump station; upgrades to sewers along Puce Rd, IC Roy Dr, Mancini Dr, and Poplar Dr. Phase 2 (Conveyance Group 1) includes: new sanitary trunk sewer along County Road 22 between Puce Roundabout and Amy Croft Drive; upgrades to Amy Croft Drive and Patillo Road, from Advance Blvd to County Road 22; and pump station upgrades or a new pump station. TIMELINE: Request for Proposal for engineering services has been awarded. Project is in preliminary design. Tender and construction for Phase 1 anticipated spring 027. Further update fall 2026.
