Site work for a mixed-use development in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of March 20th, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The work to be performed consists, in general, but is not limited to the removal and disposal of existing streetlights, installation of (48) rounded tapered poles with 6' mast arms, solar luminaires and panels, pull boxes, concrete construction of new curb, gutter, and sidewalk, all in conformance with the contract documents.
