The bidder shall possess a valid California State Contractors License, classification B and shall also be certified by the Environmental Protection Agency as a Renovation Firm as defined by 40 CFR 745, Subpart E 745.89 - Firm Certification at the time of award. In addition, the contract work may include removal and disposal of asbestos-containing building materials. Bidder is not permitted to perform any asbestos-related work unless bidder possesses a California State Contractor's License and is certified pursuant to Section 7058.6 of the California State Business and Professions Code.
