The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to repair hanging sewer lines of second floor men's latrine at the San Diego National Guard Armory building. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-36 - Plumbing Contractor license. Furnish and install new hanging sewer lines and clean outs to tie into existing main sewer line to match existing configuration as much as possible C. Reconnect all existing plumbing fixtures from second floor men's latrine to new sewer lines D. Test new sewer lines to ensure there are no leaks E. Hydro-jet all drain lines from building to main city sewer line to ensure there are no blockages in the line F. Clean up all construction debris and remove from site II. LOCATION: A.
