PRE-QUALIFICATIONS The Prime Contractor shall demonstrate that they have successfully completed projects in the last five (5) years of equal scope in the State of Michigan and each totaled more A.-2 than $500,000 minimum per year. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for opening thereof. This time frame may be adjusted through material agreement between the Owner and Contractor. The right to accept any bid, to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities in bidding is reserved by the City of St. Clair Shores. Portions of this Contract may be deleted due to unforeseen circumstances without compensation. Acceptance of any bid does not constitute a binding agreement until a written Contract is signed by both parties.
