Purchase of one (1) new replacement CHOPPER style pump. The CHOPPER pump output shall be equivalent or exceed the output of a single existing Fairbanks Morse Pump (as determined by the Owner). Costs shall include all necessary equipment, tools, parts, and labor to install the new pump and to provide all necessary testing. All pumps are currently in good working condition, and the installation cost shall also include the removal of the existing pump, in good working condition, to be provided to the Owner. Used, reconditioned, or refurbished equipment will not be considered or accepted. Brand names, model numbers, and complete descriptive literature must be provided for consideration. The new CHOPPER pump must fit in the existing location and properly connect and work with the existing infrastructure, including but not limited to, the guide rail system. The new CHOPPER pump must work with the existing electrical configuration, VFD, and motor starters. Any necessary electrical changes required shall be described in the proposal and all costs shall be included in the overall cost. Bypass pumping will not be necessary as two (2) of the three (3) pumps must remain functioning at all times. The Owner will provide a vac truck when needed during installation. The Owner will also provide access to the site and assist in turning valves and operating the PS.
