Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a four-room educational facility.
Lincoln Public Schools is soliciting bids for construction of 4 portable classrooms to be built on site. Plans are available at the Operations Department. All bids must be on the LPS bid form. Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond is required; cashier's checks or certified checks are not acceptable. Question Deadline 01/29/2026 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which must reach LPS, the Architect (if any), and the Construction Manager (if any) at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date for receipt of Bids. All questions must be directed to the contact person specified in the Bidding Information Sheet for the Project.
