Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center.
Lincoln Public Schools is soliciting bids for the renovation of the Student Child Learning Center at Northeast High School. Plans are available at the Operations Department, 800 South 24th Street, Lincoln, NE 68510. All bids must be submitted on the LPS bid form. A Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond is required; cashier's checks or certified checks are not acceptable. Bids are due at the LPS Operations Department, 800 South 24th Street, Lincoln, NE 68510. A pre-bid meeting will be held at Northeast High School, 2635 N 63rd St. For additional bid information, contact Paige Liesvald at (402) 436-1072. Question Deadline 02/12/2026 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which must reach LPS, the Architect (if any), and the Construction Manager (if any) at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
