**As of February 13th, 2026, the project was awarded to Heartland Concrete & Construction, with an awarded amount of $633,922.27** Lincoln Public Schools is soliciting bids for the Northeast High School tennis renovation project. Bidding documents and plans will be available at a specified location for a refundable deposit. An additional non-refundable fee applies if shipping is requested. Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the bid opening. All bids must be submitted on the official bid form. Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond is required; cashier's checks or certified checks are not acceptable. Bids must be submitted by the listed deadline to the specified address and will be open to the public. A pre-bid meeting is strongly recommended. Work includes the removal of existing tennis courts and site paving.
