Question Deadline: Tue Jan 20, 2026 4:00:00 PM (EST) Duration in months: 6 The Board is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive analysis and report of our current Facility Services departmental structures. The report will focus on Capital Construction, Maintenance, and Operations. This will include management, supervision, maintenance, communication and repair workflow, for our employed trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) serving our educational facilities and staff, as well as our caretaking staff who handle cleaning, maintenance, and facility support for a safe learning environment. The successful proposal will identify opportunities for reduced costs, and present models for increased operational efficiency and improved service delivery. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
