Contractor services and deliverables required for the Inspection, Testing and Minor Repair (ITM) of various medium voltage switchgear and sub-stations located at Garrison Petawawa. This service contract will include but is not limited to: Scheduled Inspection, Testing and Minor Repair (ITM) of various above and below ground medium voltage distribution systems (substations 1 and 2, the medium voltage MCC at Building P-49 central heating plant, and various transformers, reclosers, sectionalizing switches and associated equipment) as per applicable codes and standards. Bidders must actively hold or obtain all required security clearance(s) prior to the date of the award, specifically a valid and active Designated Organization Screening (DOS) granted or approved by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
