The Township of Woodbridge requests bids for asbestos abatement and disposal at 1303 Rahway Avenue, Avenel, NJ. Bidders may choose to extend the contract to the Township of Woodbridge Cooperative Pricing System membership. Bids must be submitted on standard proposal forms, enclosed in a sealed package bearing the bidder's name, address, and the bid title name and contract number on the outside. Bids can be mailed, physically dropped off, or submitted electronically. Bidders are responsible for acknowledging and complying with all bid addenda. Additional specifications and instructions to bidders are available from the Purchasing Office. Compliance with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq. is required.
