These positions provide services in a variety of areas including: Administration, Attorney, Auditor-Treasurer, Building Facilities, Emergency Management, Environmental Services, Extension, Highway, Human Resources, Human Services, Information Technology, Parks, Procurement, Property Services, Sheriff and Veterans Service. The overall project consists of 482,000 SF, a 270 bed Jail, 11 courtrooms, a law library, Sheriffs Office, County Attorneys Office, Emergency Management, and other justice related spaces. The County is seeking the services of a qualified commissioning agent or firm for a new construction project: a new Justice Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota, with associated site improvements. The Justice Center includes, but is not limited to, a Jail, Sheriff's Office, Courts, Court Administration, and Attorneys' Offices. The services encompass building automation systems, HVAC systems, plumbing, life/safety systems, and electrical systems. This project is currently in the Construction Document Development phase. The contract will be awarded to a single consultant. Building Enclosure Commissioning is under a separate contract.
