Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Base bid per project specifications and drawings for the replacement of heat exchangers. Alternates include: reuse of Heat Exchanger #2 tube bundle as a deduct alternate, installation of pumps on existing bases as a deduct alternate, deletion of insulation on heat exchangers as a deduct alternate, and deletion of the permanent hoist for installation and removal of heat exchangers as a deduct alternate.
