Bids to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to complete all work for the MPS FY26 Longfellow High School Windows Replacement - Phase 2, in accordance with Drawings and Specifications prepared by Wold Architects and Engineers. All potential bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bids are to be received electronically. Bids must include a 2% bid deposit in the form of a certified check or bidder's corporate surety bond. Proposals must be typewritten or handwritten and include a handwritten signature in ink. Bids containing any alteration or erasure will be rejected unless the alteration or erasure is crossed out and the correction is printed in ink or typewritten and initialed in ink beside the correction by the person signing the bid. Bidders assume all responsibility for the timely delivery of their bids. All bids received after the specified time will not be considered. A PDF copy of the certified check or bidder's corporate surety bond must be emailed with the bid, and a hard copy must be mailed and postmarked within 5 days after bid opening. The envelope must bear the name of the firm, the Official Publication Number, and the Official Publication Title. Special School District No. 1 reserves the right to award the bid in part or in whole, or to reject any or all bids if it is in the best interest of the School District to do so. Bidders and Sub-Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the Architect at least 7 calendar days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
