Bids are invited for Demolition Group 33, Bid No. 1125-CD-129. Bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m., local time, on February 05, 2026, at the office of the Central Services Manager, City Hall Building, 425 East State Street, Rockford, Illinois 61104. Bid documents may be obtained via email, on the City website, or at the office of the Central Services Manager. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the name of the bid and the bid number. Each bidder must submit with their bid the information specified for compliance with the laws of the State of Illinois on Fair Employment Practices and with the City of Rockfords Ordinance on Equal Employment and Business Opportunity. Any bid failing to include the required compliance items will not be read or considered. All contracts are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The City of Rockford reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities. Question Deadline 01/27/2026 at 12:00 PM CT All questions regarding the bidders preparation of his bid, pertaining to the drawings and specifications, shall be compiled in writing and e-mailed to Anne Wilkerson, (anne.wilkerson@rockfordil.gov) City of Rockford, Finance Department, at least 72 hours prior to bid time.
