The Contractor performing any cleaning or painting work shall have SSPC's Painting Contractor Certification Conforming to SSPC-QP1 and QP2. Bridge rehabilitation work includes structural steel replacement and retrofits, bearing repairs, steel and fiberglass railing repairs, scupper repairs, drainage trough repairs, and rehabilitation of concrete.
