The Heritage Hills Metropolitan District hereby invites and solicits sealed Bids for the Heritage Hills Overlook Park Pavilion Project (the "Project") in the City of Lone Tree, Colorado. The Project includes but is not limited to installation and maintenance of erosion control Best Management Practices (BMPs), demolition of sidewalk and landscaping, concrete sidewalk, covered pavilion construction and pavilion lighting. Cutoff Date for receipt of questions January 23, 2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents prior to Bid submittal are to be submitted to Carson Besgrove at carson.besgrove@merrick.com. All questions must be in writing and transmitted by email. Any replies that the District elects to make will be made through the issuance of written addenda. Questions received after the cutoff date for receipt of questions will not be answered. Only questions answered by written addenda will be deemed to interpret the Contract Documents. Oral and other interpretation or clarifications will be without interpretive effect. Addenda will be emailed, mailed, or delivered to all parties recorded by the District as having received the Bid Documents. No addenda will be issued after the proposed date of final addenda, except an addendum, if necessary, postponing the date for receipt of Bids or withdrawing the request for Bids It is anticipated that the Notice of Award will be issued on March 2nd, 2026. The term "Bid" as herein used shall mean the following documents: Bid Form (Attachment 1), which is inclusive of the Schedule of Values (Exhibit A); Declaration of Non-Collusion affidavit (Attachment 2); and Bid Bond (Attachment 3). No Bid will be considered complete unless all such documents are submitted on the date specified.
