Bids for the Dunes City Lawn Maintenance will be received at Dunes City Hall. All bidders must provide business license information with the bid documents. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “Bid for Dunes City Lawn Maintenance” and addressed to the City Administrator. The work involves mowing and edging, fertilization, weed control, aeration, leaf removal, and shrub and hedge trimming for 4 Dunes City locations. Bids should cover the costs for mowing, edging, fertilization, and weed control. Work must be completed in a timely and professional manner with before and after pictures of all work performed. The awarded bidder shall be responsible for all safety precautions and programs in connection with the work and for meeting Federal (OSHA) and State safety requirements. The awarded bidder shall provide the necessary protection to prevent damage, injury, or loss to persons, work, materials, equipment, and other property at or adjacent to the site. Upon completion or termination of the work, all equipment, temporary structures, waste materials, and rubbish resulting from operations must be removed, leaving the premises in a neat and presentable condition. The awarded bidder must not assign or subcontract any portion of the work without written consent. Dunes City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technical or legal deficiencies.
