Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Kingston Township, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
Demolition of existing bridge and construction of new 54 composite wide flange steel beam bridge, approach roadway work, and incidental work in accordance with the plans and specifications. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2025 Edition including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. The Caldwell County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. MODOT - NE Sandstone Dr. Bridge Replacement All questions concerning the bid document preparation can be directed to the Project Manager, Ezekiel Peterson, at Great River Engineering at 417-886-7171. Project specific questions can be directed to the Design Professional of record at Great River Engineering. Question Deadline 01/28/2026 Questions must be received by the Design Professional at least four (4) working days prior to the bid opening.
