This project includes work in Mt. Lookout Square at the intersection of Linwood Avenue and Delta Avenue. The existing center parking island is bordered by concrete barrier walls with top mounted metal railing. This project includes the removal and disposal of the existing metal railing and replacement with new metal railing. Existing concrete barrier wall remains. Existing pedestrian crosswalks shall be maintained open. Existing public parking shall be accessible for public use during removal of existing and installation of new railing. Demolition, field measurements, fabrication and installation shall be performed in compliance with the project construction documents (plans, drawings, specifications), including but not necessarily limited to the work described below in accordance with the referenced standards listed above. All work shall be completed to current City Standards and in accordance with the Special Provisions and Plans. Pricing must be submitted on all commodity lines in the electronic bid; leaving any commodity line blank will be considered a bid of $0.00. Volume One is bid information and does not need to be returned, Volume Two contains forms and questionnaires that must be completed, and Volume Three is the Excel pricing sheets which must be filled in the highlighted areas and returned as an attachment with the signed forms from Volume Two. Only the Unofficial Total should be entered on line one in the Vendor Self Service system. No hard copies of bids will be accepted, and all bids must be submitted online by registered bidders.
