Renovation of a swimming pool in Cincinnati, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The City of Cincinnati, Ohio, (hereinafter referred as "City") is issuing this Request for Proposals (hereinafter "RFP") pursuant to the provisions of the Cincinnati Municipal Code (CMC), Chapter 321, from parties, (hereinafter "Offerors"). The Offeror shall provide the Cincinnati Recreation Commission with a comprehensive design for the capital renovation of the Madisonville Pool. Design services include architectural and hardscape design, civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire, technology, and structural engineering. The Offeror is to submit 2 bids to renovate the existing aquatic facility. One bid should reference the design layout in Option 1, while the second bid should reference the design layout in Option 2. Question Deadline 01/20/2026 at 11:00 AM ET Questions will be received at online. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
