Bids are requested for the furnishing of commercially produced concrete products required for the general construction and maintenance of Logan County Highways during the specified year, according to set specifications. Bids must be submitted on furnished blanks only. Specifications and blanks are available at the Logan County Commissioner's Office. All concrete products must conform to the State of Ohio Construction and Material Specifications. Bids must be unit prices, including delivery, unloading time, and demurrage rates. Invoices should reflect only the total amount due. Payment terms are net 30 days by check, voucher, or procurement card. Awards will be made to the lowest and best bidder, considering haul distance and route, project type, and material availability. Bidders must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Proposals must follow relevant sections of the Ohio Revised Code. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects in bids.
