Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Millbrook, Ontario. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and municipal facility.

New water storage facility and water distribution network expansion. Scope to include: a new in-ground drinking water reservoir; booster pumping station; and watermains. Potential feedlines for the facility include the existing municipal wells at 86 King Street, Millbrook and 1256 Syer Line, Fraserville. TIMELINE: A Request for Proposal for engineering services has been awarded. Work is underway. Project is being funded in part through the Housing Enabling Water System Fund (HEWSF). Updates may be available late 2026.
