The project involves design services to replace or repair a collapsed drain line located approximately 10 feet below the basement-level concrete floor of the boiler plant (Building 7) at the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center. The selected A/E firm must provide a team that includes, but is not limited to, licensed or registered professionals in the following disciplines: Architect, Mechanical Engineer, Plumbing Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Life Safety Engineer, Communications Designer, Interior Designers, and Cost Estimators. The team should have demonstrable experience in programming, planning, and designing complex healthcare projects of similar scope.
