The City of Delray Beach, through its Parks and Recreation Department, seeks a firm to provide grounds maintenance for the Delray Beach Memorial Gardens Municipal Cemetery to be performed approximately fifty-two times per year (no less than once per week). It is the responsibility of the proposer to ensure all pages are included in the submission. All proposers are advised to closely examine the solicitation package. Questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Bidnet Direct by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions via Bidnet Direct. The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City. Proposals will be accepted through a secure mailbox at Bidnet Direct until the deadline for submission as indicated in this ITB. Late bids will not be accepted. The City will only accept electronic bids. Vendors are instructed to contact Bidnet Direct immediately for technical assistance if bid tabulation is not available on their dashboard. Notice of Intent to Award shall be posted in Bidnet Direct.
